A question probably asked before, and there's a reason it's not been done, I guess

One thing that puzzles me now that I’ve returned to NWN2 after many years’ hiatus is that there still is no “CEP” for NWN2 - why? There should be enough quality content to do it, model- and texturewise… But maybe people do not WANT this sort of compilation?
As a builder who never actually was able to finish anything in NWN2 because I spent too much time looking at stuff and trying to get it to play together, a high-quality standardized package everyone could rely on would have been of great help… though I liked just doing small things and getting stuff to look cool together.

I would say the first reason is that something similar exists for creatures (thanks to @kamal) and for placeables (thanks to @rjshae):
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn2/hakpak/combined/nwn2-creature-compilation-pack
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn2/hakpak/combined/pjs-placeable-cornucopia

The second reason is probably because items, heads, armors etc… are numbered from 01 to 255 (higher than 256 is not valid), so that would mean choosing some models here, others there, change the corresponding 2da’s accordingly… Feasible, but how to determine which models to keep? And some authors don’t want their content to be merged with others.

The People love CEP  Well some autors don’t want to see their stuff mixed into a compilition, but that’s not the problem.

What I don’t know is, if an easy to include overall compilition like CEP (with creatures, placeables, tilesets and items) is possible with NWN2. Probably it’s much more difficult.

Nice - I must admit I hadn’t discovered these (or the updated versions of them) - thanks, will look into these.
