Is it possible to remove such effects unless you have a Cleric or a Paladin in your group or a visit to a temple? I read somewhere (gamefaqs.com?) that a Druid can use Restoration spell, but Elanee can’t do that - she’s at Lvl 11, and we’re at the Illefarn ruins at the mountain top and Khelgar got Doomed (I think) and now he’s Level Drained… and I don’t feel like taking a hike back to Neverwinter to get sorted out.
Either use Restoration, which can be found as a scroll,
or as a Cleric/Druid spell, or find a priest in a city
or settlement that can heal you, and he shall remove it. The same goes for stat drains.
As far as I remember; healers are available in;
West harbor - Mering - hes right outside your house
Fort Locke - Tor Millows - hes near the transition exit
Merchant Quarter - Judge Oleff - hes in the Temple of Tyr
Blacklake - dawnbringee natrisse - shes in the church of Lathander
I dont believe there are any more healers, I could be wrong.
Do you have anything in your override folder. I just tested Elanee and Restoration worked fine for me. Restoration is a fifth level spell she should be able to cast it. Druids at 11 level can cast sixth level spells.
A druid casts divine spells, which are drawn from the druid spell list.
To prepare or cast a spell, the druid must have a Wisdom score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a druid’s spell is 10 + the spell level + the druid’s Wisdom modifier.
A druid can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. In addition, he receives bonus spells per day if he has a high Wisdom score.
A druid may prepare and cast any spell on the druid spell list, provided that he can cast spells of that level, but he must choose which spells to prepare before resting.
Possibly did not put enough points into druid’s wisdom?
Elanee has 16 Wis and at 11th level she should be able to pray for a Restoration spell, unless something drained her Wis by 3 or more.

How do I make her pray for spells?
select the character, open the spellbook (iirc default “b”), free up a 5th level slot by clicking on it, click on restoration, close the spellbook and rest to learn you new spells.
