Chrome vertical scrollbar issue

Recently, when opening a page on the main site using Chrome on a PC, the vertical scrollbar fails to appear.

The immediate fix is to close and re-open the page.

EDIT: At first, the problem seems to be resolved by entering

chrome://flags/#overlay-scrollbars

in the address bar, changing the Overlay Scrollbar option from Default to Disabled - but see below.

Doesn’t seem to be a problem with Chromium based browsers. At least not with Opera anyway.

Unfortunately, Chrome continues to suffer from this bug, even though Overlay Scrollbar remains disabled.

So far, I’ve only seen it on the main Neverwinter Vault site.
