I’ve hobbled together this table showing TLK reserved ranges based on what I’ve been able to deduce from looking in the TLK files.

Only one small conflict - but it’s only an issue for legacy Q users.

Looking at the TLK ranges used by other major Projects (those being PRC, CEP, and Grimoire), I’m proposing taking 165000-170000 as the new Project Q IV range - any objections?

Since no one objects, I’m claiming lines 165,000 to 170,000 for Qv4. Probably won’t need that many, but who knows.
