Craftable custom spells

Hi, i wanted to know how to make a custom spell craftable via Scribe Scroll and similar abilities that allows you to add spells to wands, potions, etc.

i did something similar for the Solipsism spell in Nwn2Fixes

have a look at the git commit, getting a handle on those 2das is a decent place to start, i figur
