A good while ago I started (and have abandoned) a “Kill Phil” module. As part of it I asked @theBarbarian to create a placeable for me. Rather than having this model sitting on my HD I have uploaded it as an addendum to the Custom Content Challenge: September 2015: Filth project page. Without further ado, I present to you -
