What do folks use a source for icons for custom content (classes, spells, etc)?

I’m curious if there any good resources for this kind of thing. I can follow the guide that’s over on the NWN2 wiki to create an appropriate .tga file fine. But I don’t really have artistic ability to create a decent icon from scratch.
