Are there any elvish buildings for NWN2? I cannot find any and BCK stuff doesn’t look quite right.
None that I have seen. I thought about making an Elf BCK with lots of curved shapes and arches, but never got around to it.
Try looking at the Buildings in Arvan in the OC there aren’t a lot but it may give you some ideas. Also the buildings in the Mere that were part of Ilfarn are of Elven design. There are two that I can think of. The ruins from the shard mission Deaghun sends the Knight Captain on. Also the building where the fourth ritual of purification is. I know most of this is ruins but maybe you can adapt them.

Those are some good suggestions, but I’m already using those. 
*Spoiler for my campaign below, but I doubt it’s too important anyway. 
I am trying to find stuff to use for Sharandar.
Ruins work fine, but I need more variety. I wanted it to be like Rivendell, but in ruins. I need some small Elvish houses and whatnot too.
There are some good models that a Google search can easily find. This one below looks like a nice set, but it’s not finished.

If I remember correctly Quevy was doing Elven Cities for NWN 1EE maybe some of them can be adapted for your project.
