Setup is fresh NWNEE install on Android 13, with just with Beamdog’s HD Texture Pack - Userpatch V 1.4.2 [Compiled] (Fixed weapon icons)
Tablet is a Lenovo Legion, it can handle a whole lot more than this.
Issue appears only with HD pack.
Issue gets a lot worse when Enhanced Lighting is on.
It dissappears in debug mode-only base textures.
I have messed with about all the graphic settings possible.
Can anyone please help?

The android version is not well-supported and pretty scuffed. This is probably a result of the EE shadows but I’m not sure mobile presents an option to eliminate them/revert to the 1.69 shadows. I do this even on desktop.
That’s not a shadow issue. I haven’t seen this in PC versions. It looks like ambient occlusion gone wrong, but I have no idea why this would happen on Android. Since Nikolaus said he tried all possible graphics settings it’s probably something wierd that just looks like something is wrong with ambient occlusion. If it weren’t all PLT-textures, it could be that the problem is that Android needs a different texture format (KTX instead of DDS/TGA).

Is there an alternative module that just makes the bodies a bit more … seamless?
I’ll also have to try slapping a reshade override on top of it, but I doubt it will help.
