While poking around in the stock placeables, I discovered a model called PLC_BS_House01_Stilts.mdb that uses the same part names as the PLC_BS_House01. It looks like a version of the later raised up on a platform. Thus:

It shouldn’t be used without changing the part names.

I hadn’t noticed that this was an unused model when I converted it to an NWN 1 mdl.
There are also two unfinished models, a rich merchant’s house and an inn.
