How to create clothes/weapons icons?

Hello, I found out that a lot of clothes, weapons, armors, etc on my server (hak) are w/o or with a wrong icon. How can I create them? There are a lot of mld…

For weapon, I just take a screenshot in the Toolset of the various individual pieces and then make 64x128 TGA images in photoshop from the screenshots, trying to align the individual pieces with where they would line up on one of the vanilla icons that is similar. I then select the background color (I use black) and invert the select then save it as an alpha channel.

Armor/Clothing is similar but far more difficult as the icons require PLT textures.
