How to edit characters background?

Hi! I want to know how edit the background descriptions and effects, for example remove the “Unfortunately, you’re so soft around the edges that no one takes you seriously when you try to act tough.” (description) and the -2 Intimidate (effects) of [Ladies’ Man].
Looks like I can edit the prerequisites in backgrounds.2DA, no idea about what more files i have to use.

That string is likely in the stock dialog.TLK file.

Yeah, I can change the description now! Thanks
But I remove the effect only in words, the “-2 Intimidate” still is working.

My guess is that there is a combination of backgrounds.2da and feat.2da. But how exactly the effect of the feat is applied I don’t know.

Some feats are hard coded, I believe.
