Did a search in the deep well of topics, but my greater bag of search holding came up bone empty. I am sure the instructions are somewhere totally obvious. Could a kind soul, with nothing else to do at the minute, point the obvious out to an oft dim paladin.

You have to open the main page, log into your account, scroll down and on the left side there’s a navigation panel. Hover above contribute, click on project - if that is what you want to upload - and fill out the needed entries on the project’s page.
