I’ve done two blog entries in the past week or so and both times I got this error when I hit SAVE:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Works for me. I have ticked first release box. Maybe you had not?
I have checked and with the sponsor/author posting privileges on your account there should be no problem with posting blogs.
FWIW, you do know that there is a blogging feature to the wiki (links on the non forum part of this site) and it has better editing features (column support, embedded images). Here’s an example from my blog from ages ago -

It has not happened before and both of the recent instances have been blog entries. I went back and check both of them and they seem to be correct as written. Not sure what the error message is about.
I’ve done about a dozen blog entries since we set up shop here and I don’t think this has ever happened before. I’ve never ticked first release that I can recall as I’m not really ‘releasing’ anything, just mod reviews, plots for future projects, and miscellaneous commentary.
If it happens again I’ll try to collect more info.
