I originally created a huge stupid bald green skinned character and gave him the stupid fighter voice. It was fun for a while, but when I installed the appearance changer I made him look like Conan the Barbarian and now I want the dark brooding hero voice. Is there a mod to change the voice of a character?
I think Leto can do that. 
Use it to open your character’s .bic file in the localvault folder. Make a backup first, to be on the safe side.
