Is there a tutorial on how to add horses?

I thought I saw that horses were finally working correctly in one of the NWN1 haks, but I did a search and couldn’t find anything definitive for what to use, and how to get it into the mod.

I hate asking dumb questions, so if there’s already a tutorial out there somewhere, a link is fine.

I’m not sure what exactly you mean by working correctly but if you just want to put them into a module on EE you just place them and access individual mount/dismount from the radial menu. Certainly the plain horse works although I did have some bother with the warhorse and didn’t persevere with it.

I’d also read somewhere that you couldn’t use them in combat but that didn’t seem to be the case in my module.

Thanks, I’ll take a look. That probably has what I need. I’m just wanting some way for my characters to get around a little faster for now, nothing fancy.

The tutorial (link above) has a very short section called Getting Started which will be sufficient for many purposes.

The horse system isn’t that intuitive, so it pays to be aware of those few key points in my experience.
