So after touching bg3, tyranny, icewind dale 2.
I noticed that npc reacted how you behave in the past or have a different reaction to you regarding your class.
I know nwn has awesome story module but i wonder if there are modules out there that offer different npc reaction depending on different what class you are or what choices you made during questing in that module, etc.
In tyranny you had option to use different dialogue depending on the choices you made during conquests.
Icewind dale 2 has implemented different npc-class interaction.
Bg3 took this to a different level.
So i wonder if there are any nwn module that offer this?
Thanks for the info,
Cheers,
There are many examples, ranging from trivial conversation nuances that mention your class / race / gender / whatever (a built-in feature) to elaborate repercussions arising from your actions (e.g. SKS1 - The Ruins of Tcheou Cherng or A Dance With Rogues).
@Sewerus - I try to incorporate stuff like this in my modules/campaigns, but they are on NWN2. But if you ever feel like playing some NWN2, you might want to check out my modules/campaigns.
I’m right there with you as far as choice and reactivity goes. Tyranny as well as nearly every RPG made by Obsidian/Black Isle has been a substantial influence on my work. I don’t hawk my own stuff that often, but Horzen is my attempt to make something akin to their work, and I am always looking for feedback.
