I’ve seen a list of OG scripts in the forum, but they dont seem complete.

Name your scripts in a way that’s understandable to you. People have various conventions for this (grouping them by area, by function, by specific quest…). The important thing is to stick to whatever you decide, because you will forget the things that seem totally easy to remember when you do them. Is there a more up to date list of all the scripts (with explanations) included in the current game?

If you are asking about the new scripts added (so far) in NwN EE here is a list with all 88 of them. Also I included (in this project) a list of the built in Starting Conditional Scripts that I converted to pdf from the original old .doc word format document.
