This is what the ovens look like…
The interior is a rework of a bare cottage interior _Six did for Project Q. The doorway has been enlarged to fit a standard door and the tile walls extended to the standard 3m height.
The fireplace is a rework of the Ossian fireplace model from DoD. The ovens were modeled from scratch and then the whole piece retextured to match the tile’s color palette.
Plans are to have the baker’s table sitting on the right wall.

The book in bakery2 seems to be upside down …
No its right side up - the text is Arabic I believe. The pictures are on the bottom.
EDIT - actually you might be right on that being upside down or maybe mirrored?

Bakery Hutch v2 (this one stands adjacent to the other)…
Still have a few minor details to add. I’m tempted to make all these little details separate placeables too - pretzels, apple basket (from the other), bottles, cutting board, bread basket, oil jug.
Any thoughts on those being made available as separate placeables?

Concerning the pictures, you’re right. The top / bottom orientation is correct.
But it’s definitively no Arabic. For me it looks like some far eastern script. Reminds me on this one
which is written from left to right.
Looks sort of Hebrew or Yiddish to me but I’m not an expert. The pictures themselves look right side up at least.
I like these a lot. I’m not so sure about the modern loaf shaped breads on top of the first one though. I think they should be free form loaves instead.
Yup, could be Tenach. Written from right to left, like arabic. 
The bread is next on my list - more rounded with two slits in the top. Once I get that modeled, I’ll replace those loaves.
I also reworked the book texture…at least now it looks more normal to me
