Need english dialog.tlk for NWN + SoU + HotU

Hello

I’d like to installe the community patch. But even though my game calles itself v1.69, the communitypatch does not think so. That means I need to install the 1.69 Critical rebuild. For that I need the english dialog.tlk for NWN + SoU + HotU (mine is german) but the Link given in the vault seams broken.

Can someone help me please?
