NWN content installer (prc) problem

So according to official readmy i should have the following when i download and install prc
PRC Pack, prc_ocfix, PRC OC. I am missing the PRC OC option, anyone knows what gives.
Is this ok ?

Just want to check. You are on 1.69 aren’t you? I ask because as yet the PRC doesn’t work with EE.

I do not use EE i use normal diamond. I am on 1.71. Installed critical rebuild and then community patch.
