Did some research without result. Begging if the topic ever already exists.
So, I cannot play anymore since the last update, and any support solutions are no more that neverending circling links or lost tickets.
Anyway my old PC was doomed to be overed soon or later.
Then I decided to buy a new one, with 1 sole goal: to be able to use NWN EE games AND toolset.
That’s why I do ask the community about a 100% efficient configuration.
Just a few days ago I finally bought and installed NWN EE. My version, if I read this correctly, is 88.8193.36-13. My computer is pretty old nowadays. I use Win10 and I have 16 GB RAM. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever installing and running the game though. The game was bought from GoG. I didn’t have to install any extra stuff at all… I didn’t install the game through GoG Galaxy, but downloaded the bin and exe file (everything was already patched, so I didn’t need the patch files that I could have also downloaded) and then installed them.
So, do you have Win10 or Win11? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it? Maybe restart the computer? I suspect you’ve tried all this already?
Maybe it has to do with what graphics card you’re using? Could it have something to do with what language version you’re using perhaps?
