Hello,
my custom packages.2da seems to only work if in the override folder. It’s not taken into account if it is in the campaign directory or in a hak pak.
Anyone else got this issue ?

Not sure I can help much, but based on what I have in my campaign vs override, I can see I’ve got 6 .2da’s in my override folder, that I assume I had to put there, because they weren’t registering in the campaign folder, perhaps? Either way, I have those .2da’s in both my override and my campaign, along with all the other .2da’s in my campaign.
I can’t provide better help than that, as it took me almost 12 hours to get my .2da’s and custom stuff to all work and I’m hesitant to move anything around anymore.
I am also going to assume, that when it comes time for me to make a hakpak for the contents, that I will want to have these 6 .2da’s, above everything else in the hak pak list… Love it if someone else could confirm this to be true, because if so, then you just need to isolate the .2da’s that aren’t working in the campaign and put them in a hakpak that sits higher in the list: eg: slot #0
EDIT2 : Although, I thought campaign folder overrode everything else… not sure.
The packages.2da is a known one that doesn’t work from the campaign nor a hak for some reason. It does work from the UI/custom folder though (as well as the override folder).

A hak is the highest priority which will override the override folder (and everything else). Here is a good list of load priorities.
