Spells.2da TargetFlags values

Does anyone know what the TargetFlags values are in the new spells.2da column? I’m guessing it’s a bitmap but then what do the particular bits mean?

Ah, thanks Proleric. I have to remember to not use the old fandom nwn wiki. Forgot there was a better one.

I tend to check the new wiki first, though fandom still has some very useful stuff on game rules etc.
