Starting out and need some help with some scripting

So I doing this small module simply to get a hange with the toolkit. Thanks to this place I was able to get a the fade to black working. Now I need some help on two things.
First after the fade to black is over there should be another character in the room of the pc. My issue is I can’t figure out how to teleport or spawn them in.
The second is that character should force the pc into a conversation which not sure how to do.

Any help is appreciated.

Script Generator is your friend. Helps write the scripts for you. Well worth getting to grips with and easy to get what you want.

Gold standard tutorials for me were the Mr Hanson ones on YouTube. Excellent!
