Text Appears By Checking Area

Is it possible to use a Text Appears Only script by the NPC checking to see if he’s in a certain area? And if so, how would that function be constructed. My apologies in advance for my poor script-fu.

Assuming that the NPC is in conversation with a PC,

int StartingConditional()
  return (GetTag(GetArea(OBJECT_SELF)) == "xxxxx");

where xxxxx is the tag of the area in question. This will be true if, and only if, the NPC is in that area.

If there are many areas where the condition is true, you might prefer to check a local variable on the area, to avoid having to check a long list of tags.
