What is it with the floating female heads?

So I have been taking a look at all of the various hak packs deciding on if I want to make my own for my PW and I have come to discover almost half of them are broken… floating at the tip of the neck or even just above it.

I don’t remember this being a problem back in the day.

What changed?
Is there an easy way for me to fix this?

Thank you for the link!

I was going to ask if this fixed all heads or just those in the Jenx hak, then I saw the size of the Jenx hak and figure its probably a good place to start regardless… especially if all the heads work!
